Anyone else having issues lately with the internet not being reliable. Seems like it goes out at least 10 times a day. Seriously thinking of switching providers.

Same here in Prior Lake. Constantly losing connection. Thinking of getting my own modem, but would lose the phone service. Of course, since the internet is out all the time, phone doesn't really do me any good. We have had Mediacom come out for service and checked all connections from the outside into the house. We were given a new modem and the problem still persists. We even switched from an Orbi mesh system to a TP-Link mesh system and still have connection issues. Guess we need to have them out again to re-check.

Hey @fapostman55372, if you are using your own Wi-Fi router with a Mediacom modem, you need to get the Wi-Fi broadcast by the Mediacom modem turned off. Otherwise, you may have interference. Tech Support can turn it off for you.
