any time I go to do anything online after 6 P.M. you throttle my internet. Why? is there a reason i pay for the gig package and receive less MBPS than your cheapest package. Even more annoying i know you aren't going to do anything about it because there are 0 competitors in my town. fun.

Hello brandontgoins, We do not throttle your speeds lower than your maximum possible configured/provisioned speeds. For some general steps you can take to resolve slow speeds, please go HERE. If possible please use a wired computer to the modem via ethernet cable to rule out any interference.
