Widespread outage ETA

So is there any word at this point on any kind of ETA on RTS for the widespread outage affecting the NE/Midatlantic area? I can’t find any communication about it anywhere at this point.

Hello @Azmkaz. I apologize for the duration of the outage impacting your area. There is a fiber cut, and we are working as quickly as we can to restore service. The estimated time of repair is 6:00 pm ET. Outage information is available on the Mediacom Mobile Care app and via SMS to 66554. Thank you- Sean

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately the outage map on the app only showed “under investigation” as the estimated repair time the few times I checked. Appreciate the info, here’s to a quick turnaround.
