Effective November 1, 2023, Mediacom will no longer be sending pre-notes for the setup of EFT payments; which means; we will no longer send a zero-dollar test to validate the customer's bank account information. In addition, for customers who wish to set up recurring monthly autopay payments, there will no longer be a one to two-month delay prior to the EFT payments starting; the recurring payment will become effective with the first cycle after the recurring information is established.
