Cannot connect to a specific site

I am trying to connect to a site and have been unable to going on 2 weeks .. it’s just this one site and through multiple devices. Previously I had no problems .. 1 day I could and the next I could not. Been working with their techs .. I can ping the site but not authenticate and log on. However when I tether my iPhone I have no problem .. so it’s not my credentials since I can log on via another way other than my home internet. I can connect to other sites on my home internet Thoughts ? Solutions?

Since it is only a problem to getting onto a particular website, it is hard to say.

I would recommend if you haven’t already,

  1. Power cycle your modem and router for at least 5-minutes
  2. Clear your web browser's cookies/cache
  3. Make sure your DNS is set to auto
  4. If you use Eero, make sure the website is not blocked; https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045634132-Block-Allow-Websites

Check your router or switch to ensure it is up to date and that you have both IPv4 and IPv6 enabled. If that doesn't do anything, bypass your router and connect directly to the modem to test the website.
