FAST 3896

I have a FAST 3896 but was not given login information for the modem itself.  Every time I contact support they think I'm trying to connect via Wi-Fi and tell me to use the eero app.  I can get to the modem address 192.168.100.1 and attempt to log in but I do not know the admin password and there are no stickers on the modem itself with this information.  Does anyone know what the default password is on these modems?

The default login and password for that brand should be "admin" and "admin."

I tried that and it did not work.  I was hoping it was something other than what I can find on the internet for defaults.  I'm about ready to do a factory reset since no one at mediacom knows what they set it to.

That is what you should do if you do not know the login credentials.
