Mediacom internet dropping every night at 9:35 p.m.

Mediacom internet is dropping every night at 9:35 p.m. CST. We live in Prairie City, IA. There are multiple users in our area with the same problem.

That stinks. I recommend you text Molli (66554) to see if there is a known service issue or outage. If there isn't, you can troubleshoot or arrange a service call with a technician.

Same happens to me too. I just googled “Mediacom internet fails at 9:35” got to this post. I too live in prairie city off of East street. My Arris modem notifies me that it lost connection with the host server.
