Been without internet since last night. Always have a time to be resolved but hasn't been yet and it's been about 24 hours now. I better not have to pay for service from that time until my tech appointment on Friday. Not too happy!

That doesn't sound fun @KSMITH. If the problem is determined to be an issue with Mediacom service or equipment, credit should be applied for the time you are without service. Check your monthly statement and report any errors you find to customer service.

STILL no internet and supposedly the outage is over per text message I received earlier. I still have an appointment on Friday but I'm running out of patience. Says I have wifi but no internet.

After an outage, you should try resetting the modem if your service wasn't automatically restored. If the online modem "online" light doesn't come on after doing that, a technician will have to repair the connection.
