I am paying for a phone line but the techs disconnected it over a year ago to improve internet speed and since then my home telephone doesn't work.
I am paying an exorbitant amount for basic cable....how do I tell which TV Everywhere package I have? it's not showing up in my billing details.

Hello Jeanne. If you are subscribed to phone service and using a Mediacom modem, your service should work if you connect your phone to the back of the modem. Your cable TV package will be listed on page 2 of your statement.
