Extreme packet loss every night around 6pm - 7pm up until morning

So what's the deal when every night at around this time I start rapidly losing download speeds and upload (I go as low as 0.2 upload sometimes!) , get severe packet loss so I cannot use discord to talk to my friends / family or play anything online around 60% -> 90% loss rate. I dont even need to look at the time anymore to know what time it is when I start lagging its getting this consistent.

Forgot to mention to anyone who bothers to reply, this has been an on-going issue for months now and my co-workers and I are all having this same issue. We were told there was a bad "node" in des moines at one point but its never been resolved?

I've been having the same problem, network stability plummets mid evening till morning a lot for me lately. I game during this time and there's not a snowballs chance in h*ll that I can play with these conditions. The packet loss, the 3000+ms ping spikes, and constant reconnecting make my internet about as stable as Charles Manson. I'm thankfull that's its not monopolized in my area and I have other options, but at this point I want my money for this month back, im not getting the service I pay for.
