What They Are: The labels are similar in concept to nutrition labels found on food products. They disclose essential information about broadband services, including pricing, introductory rates, data allowances, and broadband speeds.

Who Requires Them: Beginning April 10, 2024, Internet service providers (ISPs) offering home (fixed) internet services or mobile broadband plans are required to have a label for each service plan they offer. Labels are not available for Internet tiers sold before April 10, 2024. FCC Label Internet 300
