@poordebru Your internet package is listed on your statement and is available at www.mediacomcable.com. I suggest checking all the coax cable connections to make sure they are secure and reboot all of your equipment.
@Skids1, Double-check that the port numbers and server spelling are correct. Incoming mail is mail.mediacombb.net, and outgoing mail is smtp.mediacombb.net. If you are getting an error, what is the error?
