We understand times are tough. We want to work with you as much as we can. Here are some guidelines to set up a Promise to Pay.
- Total account balance must be less than $600
- Cannot be used on returned checks
- You must have continuous, uninterrupted service for at least one year
- Only one Promise to Pay once every 6 months
