Hello Ralphwilson. If you are attempting to make a payment on our website or mobile app, you will need to log in using your Mediacom ID set to the role of owner. For more information, please review https://mediacomcc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9969. You can also make a payment using our SMS text feature to 66554. If you have not yet activated SMS texting, simply send the word JOIN to 66554.
