I'm currently on one of the bundle plans where I get TV, phone, and internet. The monthly cost is way too high and I don't watch TV or use the phone, but I want to keep internet going. If I were to do this, would I need to return my Tivos when I make the switch?

Hello Ringthane, and thank you for posting. That is correct, you would need to return your equipment. When you cancel your service you will be sent return labels to return the equipment. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out.

OK. What if one of the Tivos is damaged and no longer works. Would I have to pay for it, and if so, how much?
Also, can I make the switch at a local office, or do I have to call in?

You can bring your equipment into the office to swap out and have the local office representative review it to see what kind of damage has been done to the piece of equipment. Depending on the damage they will be able to inform you if you will have to pay for the equipment. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out.
